CLAT Admit Card

After successful submission of CLAT Application Form in due time the Consortium of National Law Universities (NLUs) released the CLAT Admit Card on their official website.

You can download the admit card for CLAT only in online mode. The CLAT was conducted at 84 centres across India.

Enter your Registration ID and password to download the CLAT Admit Card. The admit card will specify details related to the CLAT such as exam time, exam venue, exam centre, etc.

 

How to Download CLAT Admit Card ?

By following the below instructions you can download the admit card-

-Visit the official website -www.consortiumofnlus.ac.in

-Click on the button "Click Here" present on the homepage.

-On the left side, click on "Click here to download the Admit Card"

-On the new page, enter your valid registration number or application number and date of birth.

-Click on the "Download Admit Card" button.

-The admit card PDF will appear on the screen.

-Download the PDF and take a printout for future reference.

 

What to Do After Downloading the CLAT Admit card?

After you have downloaded the admit card for CLAT, there few things you need to know which are listed below:

1. Firstly, check if all the details are mentioned correctly on the CLAT hall ticket. You can know about the details mentioned on the admit card in the next section.

2. As the exam is around the corner, it is advised to gear up your last-minute preparation by solving previous years' CLAT Question papers. This way you get an idea about the difficulty level of the exam.

3. Utilise this period for revising all the topics and giving them a quick glance. Make sure to revise as much as you can for enhancing your preparation.

4. You can also take up a quick subject-wise Quiz for CLAT to test your preparation levels.

What To Do If Unable to Download CLAT Admit card ?

There are various reasons for not able to download the admit card. You can check the following factors if you face any problem in downloading the admit card.

Incorrect Credentials: You must enter the correct credentials while downloading the CLAT Admit Card. Otherwise, you could not able to download the hall ticket.

Slow Internet: Check for the quality of internet speed. If it is poor, then wait for some time and download the admit card when there is good internet speed.

 Incomplete Registration: The exam conducting authority will not issue admit card if you haven't completed the registration successfully.

How to Retrieve Password for CLAT Admit Card Download?

If you have forgotten the password to download the admit card for CLAT, you can follow the steps below to retrieve the password.

1. Visit the official website of CLAT

2. On the Login window, click on the "Forget Password" link

3. Enter your registered mobile number

4. Click on the "Request OTP" button

5. OTP will be sent to your registered mobile number

6. Re-login to the website by entering the Mobile number, OTP, and the new password

7. Click on the Reset password

8. The new password will be successfully generated

 

What Documents To Be Carried With CLAT Admit Card to the Exam Hall

There are various documents that you must carry to the exam hall on the day of the exam. Here is the list of required documents:

Coloured copy of CLAT Admit Card

Photo ID proof (voter ID/Aadhar card/Passport/Driving Licence/PAN card/ID card of any college affiliated with recognized University)

Passport size photo

 

Additional Instructions for CLAT Admit Card

There are a few important CLAT Exam Day Instructions that you have to follow to avoid discrepancies during the exam.

- The test centre allotted in the admit card is final and requests to change the test centre will not be considered.

- Make sure to carry the admit card to the exam centre without fail. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to write the exam

- You will not be permitted to bring any sheet of paper including blank sheets.

- Rough sheets will be provided by the centre on each desk.

- Follow the instructions announced by the invigilator carefully. No clarifications or doubts relating to the questions mentioned in the question paper will be entertained during the examination.

- Do not carry a mobile phone, camera, or any such electronic device inside the exam hall

- Leave all your personal belongings in your bag outside the examination hall

- Avoid wearing expensive jewellery on the day of the exam

Q. When is the CLAT Admit Card Release date?

The admit card will be release after 13th Nov, 2022. To know more please check official clat website.

Q. If there is any discrepancy in the CLAT Admit Card, Who should I contact?

Candidates have to contact the Law Consortium either through E-mail or Phone if they find any discrepancy in the CLAT Admit Card.

Q. Will candidates be issued any hard copy of the admit card CLAT ?

No. Candidates will not be issued any hard copy of the CLAT Hall ticket. Candidates have to download the admit card only in online mode.

Q. Can I carry a black and white printout of the Admit card?

Yes. Candidates need to carry a black and white printout of the Common Law Admission Test Admit Card to the examination center. Candidates will not be allowed to write the exam if they do not carry the admit card to the center.

Q. Do I need to submit my Admit Card at the exam center?

No, the authorities will check the admit card only for the candidate verification. After verification, the authorities will return your admit card.

Q. Can I show the Clat Law Admission Test Admit card on my mobile at the exam hall?

No. You need to carry the original copy of the admit card to the exam hall. Otherwise, you will not be allowed to write the exam. Also, you will not be allowed to take mobile phones inside the exam hall.
